• Turnaround and completion specialists provide consultancy and support at management level regarding the organisation, procedures and implementation of the project. Their insight into the most efficient setup and configuration for complex projects guarantees optimum project management.
• Project coordinators are responsible for the implementation of the project. They contribute their experience in maintaining a clear overview during the implementation of multidisciplinary projects. They set and monitor the parameters for principals and contractors.
• Project administrators are on site full-time. They look after and manage information and document flows, administering and verifying every detail meticulously. As an independent third party, they also ensure that quality procedures are observed.
